REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
If you have simply changed your mind, selected the wrong size or color, or no longer need the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all product descriptions and size guides before placing your order.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If the product you receive is defective, fails to operate as intended, or has sustained physical damage during shipping, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) .
To request a remedy:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number together with a clear photo or video showing the defect or damage.
- Do not use the product if you believe it is defective — use of the product may affect your eligibility for a refund.
Once approved, we will ship a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Shipping Errors
If we inadvertently ship you the wrong product, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving the item. We will exchange it for the correct product at no cost to you, or issue a full refund.
4. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items (Due to Hygiene and Safety)
The following items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable under any circumstances (except for manufacturing defects):

- Lubricants, cleaning products, and other consumables.
