Consequences of Unauthorized Charge backs: Filing a charge back directly with your bank without prior communication not only results in irrecoverable transaction fees but may also lead to our payment gateway being shut down. For accounts that fraudulently initiate charge backs, we reserve the right to pursue recovery through third‑party collection agencies and to add the offending account to an industry‑wide shared blacklist.
